Luna Environmental: Positioning a Local Leader in Septic Solutions

Luna Environmental aimed to become the top-of-mind septic maintenance company in Central Texas. To achieve that, the company needed a refreshed brand identity—one that matched the quality of their services and spoke directly to the needs of their local audience.
As Brand Manager, I was brought on to lead a full-scale transformation of their brand strategy, visual identity, and customer messaging.

My Role

I oversaw and executed a complete brand revitalization, taking a hands-on approach across all areas of creative and marketing. This included:

  • Visual Identity Overhaul: Redesigning the brand’s look and feel to convey trust, professionalism, and approachability.

  • Website Redesign: Creating a fully mobile-responsive and user-friendly website that clearly outlined services and made it easy for customers to get in touch.

  • Ad + Social Campaigns: Designing performance-driven assets for paid advertisements and organic social content.

  • Email + Monthly Collateral: Producing ongoing content for monthly campaigns, newsletters, and customer updates.

  • Print Material Design: Creating field-ready service documents, direct mailers, and branded office assets that extended our visual language beyond digital spaces.

Copy + Messaging Strategy

Beyond visual design, I was also tasked with crafting the voice of the brand:

  • Copy Creation: Writing clear, compelling, and conversion-focused copy across web pages, social media captions, ad creative, and marketing emails.

  • Messaging Document: Developing a detailed messaging guide that outlined:

    • Brand tone and voice

    • Key value propositions

    • Core messaging pillars

    • Customer personas and segmented audiences

This document served as a foundation for consistent communication across all platforms and team members.

The revitalized Luna Environmental brand made a powerful impression in the Central Texas market. With cohesive visuals, refined messaging, and a more engaging customer experience, the brand experienced stronger recognition, higher digital engagement, and a measurable lift in new customer inquiries and conversions.
